We are dedicated to cultivating a workplace and league culture rooted in integrity, innovation, and inclusion, on and off the ice.Position SummaryThe Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) is seeking an experienced Licensing Manager to lead the strategic development and day to day management of the League's consumer products licensing program. This role is the primary point of contact for licensing partners, overseeing the licensing process from partner onboarding through product development, approvals, retail execution, and royalty management. The Licensing Manager works cross-functionally with Retail, Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure licensed products support League merchandising objectives and deliver incremental revenue. The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $77,000 annually. This posting is for a newly created position.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and manage relationships with licensing partners across key product categoriesEvaluate new licensing opportunities based on strategic and financial objectives, and coordinate contract execution with Legal and FinanceManage product approvals from concept through production, ensuring licensed merchandise meets League brand standardsMaintain licensing style guides, approved assets, and product development timelinesMonitor royalty reporting and licensing revenue, and support annual budgeting and forecastingMonitor marketplace compliance and partner with Legal to protect League intellectual propertyRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in licensing, merchandising, retail, or consumer productsStrong understanding of product development and retail channelsExcellent relationship management and communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneouslyFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as requiredThis position may be based in either the United States or Canada.
