Position Profile: Director, Partnership AnalyticsDepartment: Business Intelligence Reports to: Head of Strategy & Analytics Status: Full-time Work Location: College Park, MDPosition SummaryThe Washington Commanders are seeking a data-driven leader to join our organization as Director, Partnership Analytics, with primary responsibility for leading analytics and insights related to partnership sales, partner performance, content performance, and digital platforms. This role will serve as the central analyst to partnerships and strategy leadership, providing insights that directly influence valuation, activation effectiveness, engagement strategy, and long-term brand growth.The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of sponsorship measurement platforms. Additionally, they should be well-versed in digital content ecosystems, including social media platforms, owned-and-operated digital channels (web and mobile app), and performance marketing.
