OverviewThe Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor manages multiple operations ensuring that they provide exceptional revenue, P&L performance, supervisor development, training, staffing, and team member motivation. This is a Full-Time role with a annual salary between $50,000 and $53,000. ResponsibilitiesThe Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor manages multiple operations ensuring that they provide exceptional revenue, P&L performance, supervisor development, training, staffing, and team member motivation.QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:• Four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in food operations• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Hospitality or Business Management degree preferred• SERV Safe Management & Tips certified or obtain certification, within 30 days of job offer• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to quickly learn inventory management/ POS programs. Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
