Fall 2026 Corporate Partnerships & Sales Internship

The O'Fallon Hoots just finished up their sixth season in O'Fallon, Missouri at CarShield Field as a member of the Prospect League and are looking to begin gearing up for 2027. We are are looking for a Corporate Partnership and Sales intern ready to learn the ins and outs of the sports world during the Fall of 2026.Here's what you can expect to get from us:High quality training and supervision from an energized and young full-time staffCareer guidance and coaching from upper managementFreedom to be creative and develop as a professional in the sports industryExperience in developing and executing corporate packagesSales training and client relationship buildingHere's what we expect from you:Desire to learn and growDo whatever it takes mentalityWillingness to be challenged and step outside of your comfort zoneEnergetic and excited about bringing the best show to O'FallonHere's what you'll be doing / learning:Assist the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Ticketing in the development and execution of corporate packagesLearn and maintain our sponsorship inventory. Assist in developing new sponsorship inventory items.Work with vendors to deliver corporate activation piecesOutreach and lead generation for salesCreate custom packages for partners that best fit their organizational needsIn conjunction with sponsorship sales, collaborate with the marketing & promotions team to create engaging in-game promotional events and activities for prospective partnersProvide customer service that is For the Fan at all timesThis is an unpaid internship.
