Producer- Editor, Features and Branded Content

We're looking for a Producer/Editor who is passionate about digital storytelling and creating content that connects with audiences. In this role, you'll oversee the production and editing of YouTube features, YouTube Shorts, and branded content projects, working closely with our team to bring compelling stories and partnerships to life. Reporting directly to the Director, Features and Branded Content, you'll have the opportunity to shape content that reaches a large and engaged audience. Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary producer and editor on YouTube features and shortsPitch and execute unique YouTube feature ideas informed by analyticsCollaborate with YouTube team on publishing frequency and overall strategyKeep up with trends and best practices to continue elevating the Chargers YouTube channelPost production finishing, including color correction and audio mixingAbility to direct and produce Chargers players and personalities both in the field and in studioAssist in all areas of production when needed Help reach department goals and maintain high quality production of the departmentQualifications and Education Requirements3 + years of experience editing video contentAdobe Creative Suite proficiencyRequired SkillsFrequent consumer of YouTube content and passionate about the platformCutting-edge editing style consistent with Chargers brandExcellent organization and time management skillsExcellent work ethicStrong attention to detail Strong ability working with others in high pressure situationsSkills in motion graphics a plusExperience in field producingAbility to work within strict deadlinesKnowledge of and passion for the NFL Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work nights, weekends, holidays and non-traditional hours, including every Chargers gameday at SoFi The Los Angeles Chargers are committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment that reflects our incredibly diverse fan base.
