This leader translates company strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities into products and capabilities that drive customer value, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation.This role owns the full product lifecycle—from identifying strategic opportunities and defining new capabilities to launching and driving adoption in the market. The Head of Product ensures the platform evolves in ways that support enterprise customers while enabling continued innovation and growth.The Head of Product works closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Account Services, and Marketing to align product development with business priorities and customer needs, while building and developing a strong product organization capable of consistent innovation and execution.This role will shape the future of TicketManager’s platform and play a critical role in the company’s next phase of growth.Product OrganizationThe Head of Product will lead and grow the product management organization and work closely with Engineering, Design, and company leadership to scale TicketManager’s SaaS platform and product portfolio.This includes building a high-performing product management team, establishing strong product practices, and ensuring the organization consistently delivers meaningful customer and business outcomes.What This Role growth.Ability to build and scale a world-class product organization.Responsibilities:Product Strategy & VisionDefine and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with TicketManager’s company strategyIdentify opportunities for new products, platform capabilities, and market expansionTranslate strategic opportunities into product concepts, capabilities, and offeringsPrioritize initiatives that drive customer value, product adoption, and competitive differentiationIdentify opportunities to leverage data, automation, and AI to enhance the customer experience and expand platform capabilitiesProduct LeadershipBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing product management teamRecruit, mentor, and grow product managers while establishing clear accountability and ownershipDrive strong product management practices including product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and deliveryFoster a culture of ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement across the product organizationProduct Development & DeliveryOwn the definition of product requirements and ensure clear articulation of capabilities and user valuePartner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product capabilitiesCollaborate with Engineering leadership on roadmap prioritization and delivery sequencingLead cross-functional planning and execution using agile development methodologiesEnsure roadmap priorities align with strategic goals, customer needs, and platform scalabilityCommercialization & Go-to-MarketIdentify opportunities for product-led revenue expansion and new capabilities that increase customer valuePartner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing on packaging, positioning, and monetization strategiesDefine new offerings and capabilities that expand TicketManager’s value propositionLead the launch of new capabilities from concept through market adoptionSupport strong product adoption and product-led expansion opportunities across the customer baseCustomer & Market AlignmentEngage directly with customers and prospects to understand evolving needs and opportunitiesUse customer insights, product analytics, and market data to guide product investment decisionsEnsure the product roadmap supports enterprise customer requirements and platform scaleMaintain strong alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and business growth objectivesProduct Performance MetricsSuccess in this role is measured through meaningful product outcomes and team development, including:Growth in product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfactionProduct-driven revenue expansion and contribution to net revenue retentionSuccessful launch and commercialization of new products or capabilitiesDelivery of key roadmap milestones and strategic initiativesDevelopment of a high-performing product management organization capable of sustained innovationDesired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)10–15 years of experience in product management or product leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software company3–5+ years leading product teams and managing product managersProven experience defining product strategy and delivering SaaS product roadmapsExperience launching new products or capabilities and bringing them successfully to marketStrong cross-functional experience working with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teamsAbility to translate business objectives into product strategy and executionStrong understanding of SaaS product development and agile methodologiesExperience collaborating on product packaging, positioning, and monetization strategiesData-driven decision making with strong product analytics and KPI managementStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teamsUnderstanding of enterprise B2B software customers and buying
