General Manager – Ultimate RampLocation: Utah (Salt Lake / Utah County Preferred)Type: Part-Time (Flexible based on candidate)Organization: Ultimate Ramp, which encompasses the Salt Lake Shred and Ultimate PlayAbout Ultimate RampUltimate Ramp is the governing body for the Salt Lake Shred and Ultimate Play. The Salt Lake Shred are a professional men’s team that competes in the Ultimate Frisbee Association. Ultimate Play is focused on growing the sport through youth development, leagues, tournaments, and community programming. Both organizations seek to promote and support ultimate frisbee throughout the state. Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and motivated General Manager to manage the Salt Lake Shred and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Ultimate Play events across Utah, focusing especially on the development of youth players. This is a hands-on role that blends logistics, relationship-building, and program development. This is a hybrid position, with hours largely dictated by the general manager. But you will be required to attend all home games, typically Friday or Saturdays from the end of April through July, and occasional events, camps, leagues, and practices. The general manager will report to the five Ultimate Ramp owners and work closely with them to fulfill the general manager’s responsibilities, as well as help with the owners’ duties as needed.
