For more information, visit us at www.oneelevate.com.POSITION OVERVIEW: SENIOR MANAGER, PARTNERSHIP SOLUTIONSElevate is seeking an experienced partnerships solutions leader who will develop trusted client relationships with senior leaders and executives at domestic and international sports properties. This professional will initiate and execute strategic go-to-market plans and campaigns built as the foundation and supporting arm to our Global Partnership Sales team. The Senior Manager will lead through clear, consistent communication and serve as a reliable and proactive project manager, working with both internal and external stakeholders. Providing a creative, innovative, and data-driven approach to the business, will be important to the success of this role.This is a hybrid role, the preference is for this candidate to be based in an Elevate office including New York, Charlotte and Nashville. The role will require the ability to travel, and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee and lead client communication and project management of assigned Partnership Sales & Consulting accounts (a diverse mix of professional and collegiate sports properties) and engage with senior executives and partnership leadersGuide account progress with a strategic lens and goal-oriented mindset focused on sales results and client retentionFormulate, based on client objectives and working relationship, a “success” scorecard per account that has measurable KPIs. Track progress and initiate changes accordinglyServe as a strategic lens on the business, translating current sponsorship market dynamics and industry trends into actionable go-to-market plans for assigned accounts Partner closely with the Insights & Analytics team to build targeted prospect lists for the global sales team, along with the strategic rationale for why each prospect is a strong fit Drive the creative vision behind the thought starters and innovative ideas featured in sales materials presented to brandsMeet in person with current accounts and prospective clients, including professional leagues, rights holders, and brand agencies—to establish and deepen relationshipsDeliver engaging presentations to current accounts that showcase our progress of work and provide strategic insight that is valuable to the accounts current partnership businessSupport Elevate sales team by delivering innovative ways to outreach to prospects, inclusive of custom gifts and in-market campaignsUtilize industry contacts and networking groups to stay abreast on business trends; to remain as a resource and expert to current accounts QUALIFICATIONS:The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree required Must have 5+ years of demonstrated relevant work experience in Partnership Sales, Partnership Service, Brand Strategy or Client ServicesExperience supporting or activating sports or entertainment property partnership accountsExposure to developing integrated partnerships, from proposal to fulfillmentEffective use of research resources and tools to evaluate partnerships and their effectivenessExperience presenting to diverse groups of people, including senior stakeholders Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, coworkers and other stakeholdersPublic Speaking and Presentation DeliveryProficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google SlidesStrong project management skillsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Full Time, ExemptAnticipated Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 annual base salary plus bonus eligibleMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance, FSA, HSA and more401k Employer Match (after meeting eligibility requirements)14 Paid HolidaysUnlimited PTOPaid Parental LeaveThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
