Position SummaryThe Administration & Social Media Coordinator plays a critical role in the daily organization, compliance, and operational management of the academy. This position ensures all administrative systems, league affiliations, and team operations function efficiently and in accordance with governing bodies and club standards.The Administration role supports players, coaches, directors, Volunteers and families by maintaining accurate records, managing registrations, coordinating league compliance, and overseeing operational processes that allow teams and programs to run smoothly.The Social Media and Marketing component is critical to the success of sponsorships and the club’s strategic growth. By effectively sharing the academy’s story, achievements, and impact through social media, news outlets, and other communication platforms, the organization can strengthen its brand, expand its reach, and build meaningful connections with the community, partners, and supporters.Key ResponsibilitiesRegistration & Player Management and Competition ComplianceManage all registration processes for all Academy and pre-professional eventsManage check-in and registration process for the day of event(s) for all Academy & Pre-professional events.Ensure all players, teams, coaches, and volunteers are registered and compliant with league platforms and eligibility requirementsTeam & Volunteer ManagementMust be able to lead, manage, and assist team volunteers in creating budgets, team rosters, and registrations. Oversee team managers and team treasurers and their procedures and executionsServe as team manager for teams that do not have a volunteer (maximum number set by the Director).Serve as Treasurer for ECNL Team Accounts, Manage financial aid processesEquipment and Uniform ManagementManage volunteers who work for the Chattanooga Red Wolves organization as part of their financial aid agreements. Communicate and track hours with the CHI Memorial Stadium director. Social Media CoordinatorAbility to manage the social media accounts for the academy and pre-professional teamsCreate content and tell the stories that are happening throughout the academySponsorship appreciation, gameday scores, showcase and tournament success, individual player success recognition, and stories. Manage the academy website and keep it up to dateUse marketing knowledge to promote and create excitement for upcoming eventsCreate quarterly newsletters to inform and keep the academy membership up to date and in the know. Create and maintain a brand identity and image that elevates the academy's recognition.Use marketing experience and knowledge to improve opportunities for academy sponsorship and foundation donations. Other Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as the official USL Academy Designated Safeguarding OfficerServe as the primary liaison between the club and USL Safeguarding.Work with club leadership to promote safeguarding best practices and maintain a safe club environment.Communicate safeguarding initiatives, SafeSport requirements, and education to staff, players, and families.Ensure compliance with:SafeSport Training requirements, Preventing Harassment and Discrimination Training.Manage and document safeguarding cases using the i-Sight Case Management System.Ensure appropriate referrals are made to SafeSport, the USL, or law enforcement when required.Attend safeguarding training and educational programs provided by the USL.Foundation Growth and DonationsThe role includes efforts with the Chattanooga Red Wolves Foundation eventsDonation Targets to hit for CRW Foundation events, which involve opportunities for players within the Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy through the Pass it Forward initiativeQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree related to Administration and or MarketingStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to lead and communicate effectively with directors, coaches, and volunteersExperience managing multiple items at onceHighly organized, punctual, and reliable Social Media knowledge and understandingMarketing knowledge and experiencePreferredFluent in English and SpanishQualified soccer coach with experience in youth sportsDeep understanding of social media and ways to improve the impact of the academy's online presenceAbility to create and capture content for social media.
