Food Services Coordinator

The Big Train seeks a highly organized person with strong customer service skills toserve as Food Services Coordinator for the 2027 season:Work with the GM and Director of Operations to establish an inventory and par system of items tobe used throughout the season. Provide an Inventory report to the GM andAssistant GM after each game.Work closely with the GM and Director of Operations to ensure all concession items are entered inthe POS system. Train interns and staff on the using the POS System.Coordinate all picnics with the Picnic Coordinator to ensure all necessary food isprepared and provided in a timely fashion.Supervise all F&B Interns/staff in the concession stand on game nights to ensurea great guest experience. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to avoidlong lines and is prepared as needed based on consumption.Work closely with the GM and Director of Operations on a weekly staff schedule. You will beexpected to arrive 2 hours prior to each home game and stay until the game Iscomplete, concession stand properly cleaned and necessary reports andpaperwork have been provided to the GM.Ensure the concession stand is cleaned each night &amp, ready for the next homegame.Make sure all concessions and picnic equipment are cleaned and properly storedat the end of the season. Typically, around July 31; andPrepare a report summarizing information about the 2026 picnics andconcessions, including revenue and expenditures and lessons learned withrecommendations to improve the food and drink experience for the 2025 seasonby August 4.Pass Food safe exam. To be paid for by the Big Train once passed.
