External Operations Fall AssociateSummary of Position:We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on inventory management and maintaining efficient organizational systems to ensure accuracy and smooth functionality.Qualities:Candidates must be punctual, communicative, and proactive learners. We seek self-motivated critical thinkers capable of independent problem-solving. Sports knowledge is advantageous but optional.Primary Responsibilities:Organize, pack, and unpack equipmentMaintain storage to meet operational needsTest inventory for compatibilityOptimize packing and unpacking proceduresManage pre-event and post-event tasksDemonstrate organization and detail-orientationPrioritize and manage multiple tasksLift and move materials as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:As required, this position is responsible for the supervision of video equipmentPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work:Warehouse hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must work at least four days per week and be available for most weekends from Oct 5, 2026 through Dec 31, 2026. Hiring is subject to a successful background check.Travel:The role involves travel, primarily during event seasons, which will include destinations outside the local area.
