We guide athletes through the pre-draft process, contract negotiations, marketing endorsements, off-season planning, and post-playing career transitions, representing 25+ NFL players and 60+ NIL athletes across high school and college football. Our mission is simple: position our clients advantageously on and off the field. Do it all with LEVERAGE.About the roleWe are looking for a Sports Marketing Intern to support marketing, partnerships, and brand work across our NFL and NIL rosters. You will work directly with a small team on real client accounts, helping connect strategy to execution.What you'll do● Research brand partnership opportunities for Leverage athletes and help track outreach and follow-up● Prepare decks, proposals, and materials for prospective partners● Support athlete branding work, including content planning, messaging, and asset organization● Coordinate social and marketing campaigns, keeping deadlines and deliverables on track● Maintain internal tracking systems, shared folders, and project updates● Contribute across partnerships, brand development, community engagement, and content as neededWhat we're looking for● A student or recent grad interested in sports marketing, NIL, or athlete representation● Strong writer, comfortable across social platforms● Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines● Reliable and self-directed, comfortable working without daily supervision● Familiarity with ClickUp, Canva, or similar tools is a plus, not a requirementWhat you'll get● Direct exposure to how an athlete representation agency runs, from client strategy to brand deals● Real work on real NFL and NIL accounts, not busy work● Academic credit where your program allows● Regular feedback and structured check-insHours may fluctuate with client needs, campaign timelines, and events, with flexibility built in around your schedule.Reports to: Kieren Henness, Marketing DirectorWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Sports Marketing InternLeverage Football |Remote| Part-time, up to 20 hours per weekUnpaid, academic credit availableAbout Leverage FootballLeverage Football is a premier athlete representation agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada, built around the preparation and protection of our clients.
