In 2027, Cosmic Sports will take Cosmic Baseball, and Cosmic Hockey across the country, introducing millions of fans to a unique UV Reactive sports entertainment experience. Cosmic Baseball is known for high-energy games, strong community presence, and innovative fan experiences.We are seeking a detail-oriented, operations-focused professional to manage Ticket Operations for the Cosmic Baseball national tour. This new role requires becoming an expert of our ticketing system, and being able to problem solve, and evolve the system to meet current and future needs. A strong partnership with our ticket system company, and the sales team are critical components to this position. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Assist in managing data analysis associated with ticketingPlay a key role in ticket conversion function for our Cosmic Baseball national tour Partnering with the ticketing system company to design solutions for innovation and existing opportunitiesPartnering with Marketing and Sales to coordinate on sale activityManage front gate experience for live eventsREQUIREMENTS:BA/BS Degree or equivalentStrong analytical skills Detail-oriented with high functioning analytical skillsStrong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent team-building skills, must be confident and energetic and willing to work outside of the expected role. Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an office setting as well as baseball stadiums across the country as part of the Cosmic Takeover Tour. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
