Main Purpose of JobTo work with the Production Manager providing co-ordination support across projects and to the wider team. Applications will close on Sunday 13th September at 11.59pm UK Time. Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesTo provide key production assistance and co-ordination support in conjunction with the editorial and production management team across a range of productionsNegotiating, booking and scheduling freelancers (eg. Editors, Voiceovers) as well as post-production facilitiesBooking travel, accommodation and crew for domestic/international shoots/outside broadcasts, and arranging all logistical requirements (including visas, carnets etc). Clearing archive/music (as directed by the PM)Support the team with new pitches, budgeting, contracting and general administrative dutiesEnsuring risk assessments are properly created by the relevant producer and health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post production work, including but not limited to Covid-19Creating call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours (if required)Completing post-production deliverable paperworkRaising PO’s and work orders and reconciling credit card and float spendAssist in budget compilation when required, input committed costs into Cost Report, and assist with reconciliation in conjunction with the Finance AssistantTrouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production ManagerBeing point of contact for internal and external clientsEnsure smooth day to day running of outside broadcasts on location under supervision of PMYou may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the jobKey Results AreasExcellent production co-ordination and support across general productionsEffective production support for production management teamFacilitating excellent communication within the team and externally, including via the issuing of comprehensive and accurate Call SheetsEnsuring all necessary paperwork, filming permits, release forms, risk assessments are in place for productionEnsuring all production deliverables (including ‘programme as completed’ paperwork, project Albert and Diamond Diversity ) is completed in a timely mannerCompliance with company procedures as detailed in IMG’s Production GuideKnowledge and ExperienceExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in creating call sheets, booking freelancers and suppliers, and arranging travel logisticsUnderstanding the process and rationale of the cost tracking systemUnderstanding of Health and Safety paperwork requirements, including risk assessmentsKnowledge and understanding of production workflowsExperience of clearing music and archive footageSkills and AbilitiesExcellent attention to detailPrevious experience of working to deadlines – works well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectivelyMicrosoft Word, Excel Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Plans ahead and effectively organizes workloadExcellent time management - reliable and punctualWillingness to learn new systems and processes Calm under pressurePositive, professional and pro-active approach to work effectively as part of a team and independently (without close supervision) – showing initiativeQualifications and TrainingMaths and English GCSE pass (or equivalent), Health & Safety and Project Albert trained (This will be provided if current training is not up to date)In addition, success at IMG is driven by four core competencies that apply to all employees:Business Acumen – Understanding financial drivers, interpreting business data, aligning decisions to strategic outcomesOperational Excellence – Driving efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement in delivery & operationsInnovation Mindset – Cultivating curiosity, experimentation, and forward-looking capability developmentLeadership & Collaboration – Inspiring others, building trust, and enabling collaboration across teams.Working ConditionsThis is a full-time fixed-term contractThe role will be based at our at office in Stockley Park, Uxbridge on a hybrid basisWorking hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to FridaySome travel and weekend work may be required TKO EEO Statement:TKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
