Now is your time to be part of the workforce that is creating this unique and unforgettable experience.Please submit your CV in English, as it will be reviewed by an international team.THE POSITIONReporting organizationally to the Power & Containment Cluster Manager, the Venue Power & Containment Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of power infrastructure, containment systems and key technical services across assigned FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 venues. The role ensures that power, containment, HVAC, water & waste, floodlighting, sound systems and related services are delivered in full compliance with FIFA standards, supporting operational readiness, safety and broadcast requirements. Working closely with stadiums, host cities, suppliers, Functional Areas and other key stakeholders, the position manages critical dependencies and serves as a key integration point between design, procurement, delivery and operations. Through effective stakeholder coordination, risk management and cross-functional alignment, the role contributes to the successful delivery of venue infrastructure and safeguards the tournament’s critical path.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage technical requirements for power, containment and related services (including HVAC, water & waste and floodlighting) in collaboration with FIFA Functional Areas and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with operational, broadcast and venue delivery objectives. Manage the appointed Technical Power Provider, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of all venue power and containment services. Collaborate with FIFA functional areas, Host Broadcast Services (HBS), venue teams, and key stakeholders to define, coordinate, and optimize venue power and containment requirements. Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of temporary power systems, including diesel generators, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and containment infrastructure. Support the development and implementation of containment solutions, including routing, layouts, technical documentation, and installation schedules across competition and non-competition venues. Monitor quality, compliance, and operational readiness, ensuring adherence to approved designs, technical specifications, safety standards, environmental regulations, and FIFA requirements. Manage provider contracts and project delivery, including scope of work, design specifications, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), handover processes, and risk mitigation activities. Coordinate system resilience testing, including stress tests and failover exercises, and provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout all event phases. Lead and support venue teams through guidance, knowledge transfer, performance reporting, and the promotion of sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. YOUR PROFILECertifications & Requirements Right to live and work in Brazil Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar Experience in delivering Power & Containment solutions at Major Events/Sports Organization Experience with MV/LV electrical installation Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and implement effective solutions Willingness to travel nationally and work extended hours during tournament periods Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools This position requires that the applicants are based near the Venues that will host the FWWC2027.
