Recruitment CoordinatorDepartment: Workforce, People & CultureEmployment Type: Fixed Term - Full TimeLocation: BrazilDescriptionFIFA27 established as the Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil, to work together with FIFA HQ in Zurich and globally, to deliver the biggest women’s sporting event in the world, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ (“FWWC2027”). THE POSITIONWorking alongside the FIFA Workforce Management team and reporting to the FIFA27 Sr Manager Recruitment, the Coordinator, Recruitment is responsible for the recruitment of a talented and diverse workforce required to plan and deliver the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027.This role plays an integral part in ensuring a successful tournament by , attracting top talent and overseeing the implementation and management of a best-in-class recruitment experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-end recruitment process of individuals hired under FIFA27, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, obtaining reference and background checks, offer/employment contract distribution. Candidate Management: Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Scheduling: Organizing interview schedules and meetings between candidates and hiring managers. Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. Job Posting: Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms. Collaboration: Working closely with FIFA Workforce Management and FIFA27 hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. YOUR PROFILE At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably at a major sporting event or other large-scale mega event Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Portuguese to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedulesAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members Right to work in Brazil. Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
