The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel and stock car races throughout the year.Duration: May 2026 – September 2026 Watkins Glen International is seeking individuals with customer service experience that are friendly, reliable, highly motivated, and a team player to join the Gate Operations team for the 2026 event season.*Seeking Overnight Staff, please mention if interested. Hours would require applicant to work NASCAR and IMSA event weekends, 11:00PM - 7:00 AM*Responsibilities:Welcome and greet guests as they enter the facilityCheck for appropriate credentials and/or ticketsInspect campers and RVs as they enter the facilitySell and scan event tickets and camping passes, if applicableProvide exemplary customer service when providing information to guestsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 18 years of age.Qualified applicants MUST have the ability to work the three below events:NASCAR Go Bowling at The Glen – May 6-10, 2026Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen – June 25-28, 2026Hillard U.S. Vintage Grand Prix (SVRA) – September 10-13, 2026Other event weekends as needed.Must act in a professional manner and present themselves as a member of WGI staffMust be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift 25 poundsStrong communication skillsAbility to handle sales transactions on digital sales systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solveReliable transportation to and from the track locations*This position requires employees to work outside.
