We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for supporting and overseeing concession operations across our three facilities. This is not a typical 9-to-5 position, as our operations are event-driven and often require evenings, weekends, and flexibility based on the facility schedule. This is a hands-on working position that includes assisting with daily operations, inventory, ordering, staffing support, setup, breakdown, and ensuring our concession areas are prepared and operating effectively during games, tournaments, camps, and special events.The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for providing proper and efficient food service during all events. They work closely with the Operations Director to ensure inventory is correct and all locations within the complex are fully operational.
