2026–27 Lincoln Stars Gameday Operations InternshipPosition OverviewThe Lincoln Stars are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Gameday Operations team for the 2026–27 season. This internship provides hands-on experience in live event operations, fan engagement, and professional sports management while helping deliver an exceptional game-day experience at the Ice Box.QualificationsAvailable to work the majority of home games, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.Ability to assist with event setup and teardown, including moving tables, chairs, signage, and equipment for press conferences and other game-day activities.Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout the event.Basic proficiency with smartphones, laptops, cameras, and other event technology.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to all fans and guests.Create a welcoming and engaging game-day atmosphere through positive fan interactions.Staff the Fan Services booth and assist guests with questions, concerns, and special requests.Assist with game-day setup, operations, and post-game teardown.Support the coordination and setup of post-game press conferences and media needs.Assist with promotional activities, in-game entertainment, and special events as assigned.Help maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment throughout the venue.Perform additional game-day operational duties as needed to ensure a successful event.Gameday Operations TeamAs a member of the Lincoln Stars Gameday Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering a first-class fan experience.
