OverviewThe part-time Operations Crew Lead will supervise/work alongside the operations team to participate in conversions, event set ups, event break downs, and oversee day-to-day operations of the facility. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 23, 2026.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events (setting up and tearing down various floorings, portable chairs, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment)Overseeing daily operations of the crew, providing training and guidance to new crew members while ensuring crew members adhere to company policies and safety regulationsDictating various duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met, including, but not limited to, loading/unloading delivery trucks, landscaping, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area and replenishing building suppliesMonitor the performance of the crew and ensure all work meets quality standardsPerform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting, patching, and other conversion-related operational dutiesReport irregularities, discrepancies, safety or damage concerns or loss of property promptly to Operations Supervisor/ManagerIdentify and resolve problems as they arise, and escalate major issues to upper managementWork independently, exercising good judgment and initiativeWork extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, as neededFrequent bending, lifting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building, exposure to loud noises, and standing for long periods of time.Operate light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, scrubbing machines, or other light power-driven equipment.QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge of typical methods and techniques for cleaning and maintaining the facility, and proper use and care of hand and power toolsMust have a positive attitude and a willingness to learnAbility to follow all policies/procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency proceduresExperience operating light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, scrubbing machines or other light power-driven equipment is preferredAbility to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written formOrganize and prioritize work to meet deadlinesAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks while producing accurate resultsAbility to maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, patrons and othersAbility to remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occurMust be able to work shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
