SummaryThe Sports Tech HQ Fall 2026 Intern will participate in a broad-based internship experience designed to provide exposure to the operations of a nonprofit organization within the sports and innovation ecosystem. This position is intended to provide hands-on professional experience with marketing/events, business development, operations/administration, and data/technology. Additionally, the intern will have the opportunity to learn directly from the Executive Director via strategic and special projects.This internship experience will include:Data/Technology Learn how to: leverage technology and artificial intelligence to enhance business efficiency while maintaining and optimizing a CRM system. This functional area will be central to the internship.Marketing/EventsLearn how to: plan and execute events and programs; create marketing initiatives including social media, email communications, and website updates; develop content such as presentations, promotional materials, and event recaps; track and evaluate event participation and engagement. Business DevelopmentLearn how to: conduct research on prospective partners, sponsors, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders; prepare partnership materials, proposals, and presentations; track relationships and organize data. Operations/AdministrationLearn how to: coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications; organize and prioritize daily operational and administrative functions; analyze and improve processes and procedures.Executive Director SupportLearn how to: research, plan, and execute special projects; prepare for meetings, presentations, and external engagements; lead nonprofit strategy and decision-making.QualificationsUndergraduate and Graduate StudentsMust be currently pursuing or have recently earned a degree from an accredited undergraduate or graduate programInternship DetailsTerm: Fall 2026 – September 8, 2026 – December 20, 2026 Schedule: 4-5 days per week (approximately 30-40 hours/week)Stipend: $2000 stipend for internship term Location: On-site - Indianapolis, Indiana.
