This position will report to the Senior Director, Premium & Membership Services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the entirety of the Season Ticket Member platform, including annual retention and year-round service and engagement strategies for the general Season Ticket Member base. Drive the creation, planning and execution of the annual renewal and relocation campaigns, while maximizing member retention and revenue generation. Lead an elite Membership Services team by recruiting, interviewing, training, developing and mentoring a talented group of individuals. Take ownership of season ticket member events, gift planning, creating customized member programs and generate other unique experiences and benefits to enhance member experience and retention. Troubleshoot issues that may arise from Season Ticket Members and the organization to determine appropriate resolution and act as a leadership point of contact for all escalated communications. Lead the Season Ticket Member onboarding process and touchpoint strategies throughout each season to build and maintain a high level of member engagement. Responsible for ongoing training and education of team members in the areas of customer service, account management, revenue generation, cross-selling, referrals, etc. Develop and track goals for individual team members and the department. Conduct one-on-ones with the Membership Services team to identify issues, help troubleshoot, and establish a relationship with the goal of helping each team member perform their jobs at the highest level. Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations, Operations, Finance and other internal departments to ensure synergy and strong relationships across the board. Proactively recognize and anticipate challenges and opportunities for the team and the department Assist in the creation and management of the overall Ticketing department budget. Track all season ticket member renewals, feedback, attendance, event RSVPs, and other relevant member information in CRM to create reports and recaps. Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of sports business sales, service, revenue generation, retention, etc. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a people leadership role. Strong leadership drive with a desire to lift, lead, and serve others. Solid work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the department and Club in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record in relationship building with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. TOURNAMENT SALES MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTIONThe position is offered as full-time employment within HNS Sports Group and assigned as a member of The Chevron Championship based in Houston, TX and Good Good Championship conducted in Austin, TX. The Tournament Sales Manager will work with the Tournament Directors and Sales Associates as the core Tournament Team and will be supported by additional HNS Sports Group staff. The job assignment description is as follows:Primary Responsibilities:Assume role as a Tournament Sales Manager with a focus on selling Pro-Am, Hospitality, and Sponsorship packages, as well as special event programs within the Houston and Austin metropolitan areas and throughout the region. Actively research, prospect, and qualify sales leads using various tools, including Salesforce, SponsorUnited, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools as identified and available.Develop and coordinate sales and marketing collaterals for presentations and pitches to various clients using Digideck.Contribute to the contract execution process and ongoing client relationship management throughout the sales and activation process. Assist with management of the revenue report utilizing Salesforce, in conjunction with the Tournament Team, to track incoming and contractual revenue. Manage and send invoices to clients after client agreements have been confirmed and received, utilizing QuickBooks. Report to the Tournament Director and work in coordination with the Tournament Staff to organize the event. Interact with the HNS management team and assigned staff to communicate assets to all contracted sponsors. Assist The Chevron Championship and Good Good Championship Tournament Teams, including the HNS Client Activation Team, coordinating all sponsor-related contract benefits, hospitality benefits, tickets, advertising assets, on-site branding, catering, pro-am, and special events. Assist the Tournament Team in managing the title sponsor’s vendor programs, including but not limited to ideating, collaborating with the title and the presenting sponsor management teams, communicating with their vendors, and securing sponsorship sales at various levels.Work with the Tournament Teams and other sales agents to manage client relationships throughout the year. Other Duties:Participate as part of the event management team (tournament staff and support staff) which is assigned to manage all business, promotional, and operational aspects of the tournament, including but not limited to: Revenue Generation Marketing / Advertising Community Events Volunteer CoordinationOperations Management Budget ComplianceCharity Activities General: Work to comply with all the standards set forth by the LPGA and PGA TOUR.Assist with the day-to-day duties in the office as applicable.Willingness to work tournament hours as required for peak season. Responsibilities: Operate in a hybrid capacity supporting fulfillment, activation and client service, to include the following:· Ensure activation of corporate sponsorship accounts from commitment through execution, ensuring fulfillment and activation of all obligations.· Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.· Support overall property operations in a collaborative manner, with an eye toward activation, customer service and stewardship.· Maintain specific accounts, as well as generate new sponsorship business as fulfillment and activation duties allow.· Daily collaboration with colleagues, including various verticals in the Athletics Department.· Must be self-starter and able to work evenings and weekends when team functions take place.Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Sports Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred. · 1+ years of sponsorship-related experience preferred.· Strong grasp of the sports sponsorship landscape, including traditional and non-traditional inventory and assets.· Comfort with business development activities and ability to build relationships quickly. · Ability to work independently as a self-starter, as well as collaboratively with a larger and extended team. · Strong work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, communication skills, and desire & ability to learn in a fast paced, highly competitive industry.· This is an on-site role and will actively collaborate with other revenue generation personnel, as well as team leadership.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
