Inventory & Manifest Governance Serve as executive owner of Colts ticket manifest strategy and governance. Oversee inventory management standards across season tickets, group tickets, premium seating, parking, and postseason events. Ensure inventory structures support organizational sales and service objectives. Partner with ADI to operationalize pricing and inventory strategies. Finance & Compliance Serve as executive liaison for all ticketing financial operations. Oversee season ticket reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with payment processing standards and financial controls. Maintain accountability for ticketing-related audit readiness and reporting. Parking & Event Strategy Oversee parking strategy, governance, and vendor relationships. Establish operational standards for parking inventory, reporting, and fulfillment. Support major event planning and execution strategies. Vendor & Cross-Functional Leadership Lead relationships with ticketing vendors and external partners. Partner with Sales, Membership Services, Premium, Marketing, Stadium Operations, and Finance. Collaborate with ADI to ensure analytics and reporting insights are translated into operational action plans. Success Measures Successful implementation of strategic initiatives. In this role, you will support the execution, governance, and optimization of Playfly's enterprise digital advertising business by serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Property Partner Services, FanServ, technology vendors, and university partners. You will own campaign intake and submission, operational standards, inventory strategy, vendor coordination, and advertising technology initiatives that maximize campaign performance, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth across the Playfly portfolio. Essential Functions:Workforce Recruitment & Management Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for temporary and seasonal events workforce, scaling programs from 50 to 1,000+ staff on peak event days.Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs to ensure temporary staff are prepared to delivery consistent, high-quality guest experiences at scale.Build staffing plans, schedules, and credentialing processes that ensure adequate coverage across all event roles, shifts, and venue zones.Partner with staffing agencies, recruiting platforms, and internal HR/staffing teams to source, vet, and onboard qualified temporary staff on tight tightlines.
