In this role, you will support the execution, governance, and optimization of Playfly's enterprise digital advertising business by serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Property Partner Services, FanServ, technology vendors, and university partners. You will own campaign intake and submission, operational standards, inventory strategy, vendor coordination, and advertising technology initiatives that maximize campaign performance, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth across the Playfly portfolio. Essential Responsibilities – Operations (50%) Coordinate day-to-day parking operations for all arena events in partnership with OVG. Assist with event planning meetings and operational readiness. Ensure parking lots are configured and prepared for each event. Monitor event-day parking operations and communicate operational issues to leadership. Coordinate operational changes with Event Operations, Security, Guest Services, Marketing, and Finance. Document post-event operational reviews and lessons learned. The Junior Account Manager owns and manages a smaller book of less strategic, lower-complexity client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for that assigned group while developing the skills required to manage the full account lifecycle. They are developing strong communication and problem-solving skills, building technical fluency in the platform and industry, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.Client Relationship ManagementOwn and manage a smaller book of less strategic, lower-complexity general client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building relationships that drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals; this is expected to occupy roughly half of the role, with the remaining time dedicated to structured learning and skill development (versus the Account Manager role, which owns a full book of business as a fully invested, primary responsibility).Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders within their assigned book of accounts, with mentorship and guidance from senior Account Managers.Provide day-to-day client support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention, escalating complex issues to senior Account Managers as needed.Anticipate client needs and advocate for them within Zoomph, positioning the platform as a valuable partner in their success.Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including proposals, reports, and presentations, to support client communication.Customer Growth and RetentionSupport onboarding sessions for general clients, helping ensure smooth implementation of the Zoomph platform.Assist in monitoring client usage under the guidance of senior Account Managers to help identify risks and engagement opportunities.Help clients understand basic platform capabilities and data insights to support their business goals.Assist in compiling reports, performance metrics, and insights that demonstrate Zoomph's impact on clients' business goals.Help prepare for and coordinate regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing), under the direction of senior Account Managers, to support client needs.Assist with coordination among internal stakeholders to support timely, high-quality delivery of client solutions.Collaboration with Customer Success SpecialistsWork closely with the Customer Success team to help address client support needs and support a seamless client experience.Assist Customer Success Specialists with onboarding support, training, and basic issue resolution for general clients.Communicate relevant client feedback and account updates to Customer Success and Account Management leadership.HubSpot ManagementOwn the renewal process for their assigned book of business, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any risks of churn, with support from senior Account Managers on more complex situations.Identify and present expansion opportunities, such as additional features, services, or product upgrades, to enhance client value within their assigned accounts.Actively monitor account performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure client retention and growth.Renewals and UpsellsOwn the growth of an assigned book of business, learning to identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.Write and prepare contract proposals for renewals, upsells, and new opportunities, with review and coaching from senior Account Managers.Participate in and progressively take the lead on client negotiations, developing skills in deal structuring, pricing, and closing.Build technical expertise across the Zoomph platform, including its data, reporting, and analytics capabilities, to speak knowledgeably with clients and internal teams.Develop subject-matter expertise in the sports sponsorship industry, including partnership valuation, sponsorship metrics, and industry trends, to strengthen client conversations and recommendations.Required Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar client-facing role; relevant internship or academic project experience will be considered.Skills:Eagerness to own a book of business and develop skills in identifying and closing upsell or expansion opportunities and managing renewals.Willingness to learn contract proposal writing and to participate in and eventually lead client negotiations.Motivated to build technical expertise across the Zoomph platform and develop subject-matter knowledge of the sports sponsorship industry.Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving client needs and priorities.Interest in or prior exposure to industries like sports, media, or entertainment is a plus.Developing ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a desire to grow into a trusted advisor role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic analytical mindset with a willingness to learn to interpret data and track key metrics.Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred; In this role, you will support all facets of Fan Development & Revenue Marketing for Player 15b Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives. Role on the Team Paid Media Strategy & Execution In collaboration with the Director and Senior Manager of Revenue Marketing & Fan Development, partner closely with external media buying agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive ticket revenue, fan acquisition, and customer engagement. Collaborate with agency partners on audience targeting strategies, budget allocation, media flighting, creative testing, frequency management, and conversion optimization initiatives. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on campaign performance, providing ongoing analysis, recommendations, and strategic direction to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, audience performance, conversion metrics, and revenue impact, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization. Review campaign reporting and performance data on a daily and weekly basis, translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and agency partners. Ensure campaigns are properly measured through accurate tracking, tagging, attribution, and reporting frameworks. Maintain working knowledge of advertising platforms and campaign best practices, providing hands-on support for campaign setup, QA, trafficking, or troubleshooting when needed. Support paid media efforts across channels including Meta, Google/YouTube, paid social, search, programmatic display/video, and emerging platforms. Audience Strategy & Analytics Partner closely with Business Intelligence and Lifecycle Marketing teams to develop audience segmentation strategies leveraging CRM, ticketing, behavioral, and first-party data. Analyze campaign performance data and customer journey trends to develop actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Support testing strategies across targeting, creative, messaging, bidding strategies, placements, and conversion paths. Build and maintain recurring campaign reports, dashboards, and performance recaps for internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, audience quality, retention performance, and fan lifetime value. Cross Functional Collaboration Serve as an operational connection point between Marketing, Ticketing, Business Intelligence, and external agency partners. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets align with platform best practices and campaign objectives. Assist in campaign planning surrounding key organizational moments, ticket launches, and promotional initiatives. Support fan development and retention through audience targeting strategy, funnel optimization, and media recommendations. Your Skills and Experience Strong technical understanding of paid media platforms, campaign setup, optimization workflows, and performance analytics. Experience directly managing campaigns within advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, tagging, audience segmentation, and customer acquisition strategy. Experience collaborating with external media agencies while maintaining internal strategic and operational oversight. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-event environment with evolving priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with CRM systems, Ticketmaster, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills preferred. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Analytics, Communications, or closely related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, media strategy, or campaign analytics within sports, entertainment, live events, ticketing, or agency environments. Hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns within digital advertising platforms required. Experience supporting revenue-driving campaigns with measurable acquisition and conversion KPIs preferred.
