This individual will help to facilitate optimum operational efficiency, maximize profits, and provide exceptional customer service by performing the following duties individually or through subordinate supervisors.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of a marketing plan for Food and Beverage catering services to accesso ShoWare Center clients.Assist in the development and execution of capital projects, to revamp our food and beverage operation through conceptual design, space allocation, implementation of technology, to drive revenues, increase efficiencies, and enhance our guest experience.Assist in the development and implementation of proactive outside catering marketing plans for local special events and festivals.Evaluate existing venue food & beverage and alcohol-related sponsorship programs at venues and work with the Director of Food and Beverage to enhance the visibility of those sponsors; find new potential sponsorship and revenue-generating opportunities and partnerships within the accesso ShoWare Center facility.Coordinate with Director of Marketing to generate more community awareness of department success stories and develop new public relations opportunities to promote food & beverage capabilities (chefs, unique menu items, off-site catering, success stories, best practices, etc).Manage relationships with building tenants and respond to challenges, requests, and issues from general managers and team ownership.Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements for necessary activities and services at the facility.Direct and administer the execution of operating and marketing financial plans and documents; to include operating revenue and expense budgets; capital expense plans and budgets.Evaluate facility practices and recommend improvements to better reflect the needs of the Client and the facility and/or to improve the efficiency and safety of operations, in compliance with organization.Oversee Food & Beverage operations during events to ensure client satisfaction and quality control standards.Analyze information concerning facility operations such as daily food sales, patron attendance, and labor costs to prepare budget and to maintain cost control of facility operations. Sabertooth Sports & Entertainment (a subsidiary of the Nashville Predators) manages F&M Bank Arena and executes tickets and sponsorship related to the venue and select tenants, as well as selling sponsorship at Ford Ice Centers and Centennial Sports Plex ice facility. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver on individual and team revenue goals through the selling of sponsorship packages using traditional, digital, and other non-traditional marketing channels to meet client's objectives. Develop and oversee season, group, and individual ticket sales campaigns for events at F&M Bank Arena to achieve organizational goals. Develop and execute all ticket, premium, and sponsorship renewal campaigns. Develop and oversee the sales campaigns and account management of all premium hospitality inventory at F&M Bank Arena to achieve organizational goals. Serve as primary liaison with Nashville Predators tickets, premium, and sponsorship sales staff to educate Nashville-based sales staff on sales opportunities (sponsorship, premium, and tickets) and ensure sales campaigns are executed. Manage and lead the sales and service team including recruiting and hiring efforts, as well as coaching, mentoring and growing a team of professionals focused on driving revenue. Ability to collaborate and develop a launch strategy for a second tenant at F&M Bank Arena. Develop strong relationships within the Clarksville community and understand the strategic goals and objectives for F&M Bank Arena. Sell available sponsorship inventory at all Ford Ice Centers and Centennial Sports Plex ice facility Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with corporate sponsors, premium seat clients, and ticket holders, while leading service team strategies and initiatives that drive engagement and retention including overseeing service initiatives for all clients. This may include the research, review and maintenance of ongoing competitive market analysis including financial and demographic factors.Lead relationships with select PGA TOUR Official Marketing Partners – from pitch/proposal through execution phases.Focus new business activity in local/regional market.Develop and execute annual hospitality and sponsorship sales plan – including, but not limited to, execution of evergreen partner communication plan and related sales and service tactics.Leverage existing individual network, tournament host committees, club members, title/event/club vendors, community service groups, current clients, and other lead generators.Create annual revenue budget, complete quarterly forecasting and contribute to long-term revenue and net operating gain goals.Utilize CRM tools to track, measure, and analyze sales activity.Develop and execute a professional sales presentation which conveys the TOUR Championship unique selling proposition and is customized with benefits to meet target audience goals.Work closely with PGA Tour Events Sales leadership on sales protocol and processes.Provide Executive Director weekly evaluation of progress against set annual goals; reporting may include call report, prospect list and other sales related information.Special Projects or other duties as assigned.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Five to six years of commissioned sales and event management experience, ideally in sports, event management, media or hospitality requiredAchieve or exceed annual event revenue budget which includes renewal and upsell of existing partners and new business relationships. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales.
