This position reports to the Senior Manager, Group Sales and is expected to attend New York Liberty home games and other events as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays. WHAT YOU WILL DO Drive new business and ticket revenue through proactive outbound prospecting, with a primary focus on New York Liberty group sales and experiences. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue, outbound activity, appointment, and other performance goals established by Group Sales leadership. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective group buyers across businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, nonprofits, community organizations, social groups, and other market segments. Build relationships with group leaders and decision-makers to understand their objectives and develop ticket packages and experiences that meet their needs. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, closing, fulfillment, and ongoing relationship management. Accurately track sales activity, opportunities, customer interactions, and forecasts in Salesforce.
