POSITION SUMMARYThe Partnership & Ticket Sales Activation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and fulfillment of all corporate partnership activations and ticket-driven sales initiatives for the Noblesville Boom. This role serves as the primary executional bridge between Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Digital, and Game Operations ensuring that sold assets are delivered on time, on brand, and in a way that meaningfully enhances the fan experience while driving revenue.A core priority of this role is partner satisfaction ensuring that every sponsor and corporate partner feels the full value of their investment through thoughtful, high-quality execution. This position plays a critical role in sponsorship retention, ticket sales growth, and gameday execution. The ideal candidate owns the activation process from contract handoff through execution and post-event reporting, and brings an organized, proactive, solutions-oriented approach to a fast-paced, event-driven environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPartnership Activation & FulfillmentServe as the primary owner of corporate partnership activation execution for all Noblesville Boom home games and events.Manage the activation handoff process from Corporate Partnerships, ensuring all contracted assets are clearly documented, scheduled, and executed against agreed timelines.Coordinate in-arena activations including signage, promotions, concourse elements, hospitality, digital integrations, and on-court/in-game features.Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Game Operations to ensure activations align with brand standards and gameday run-of-show timelines.Ticket Sales Activation & Revenue SupportSupport ticket-driven initiatives tied to corporate partnerships, including theme nights, group offers, sponsored promotions, and experiential sales moments.Collaborate with Ticket Sales leadership and representatives to execute activations that drive demand and enhance both prospect and client experiences.Assist in planning and executing sponsor-supported ticket sales events, hospitality nights, and premium sales experiences.Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the day-to-day liaison across Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales, Marketing, Digital, Game Operations, Facilities, and Ticket Operations.Participate in weekly cross-departmental planning meetings to align upcoming games, promotions, and partner obligations.Ensure all activation details are communicated clearly and proactively to internal teams and external partners.Gameday & Event ExecutionBe present on game days to oversee partnership and ticket sales activations from load-in through post-game.Troubleshoot real-time issues related to partner fulfillment, signage placement, staffing, and fan experience execution.Deliver a professional, high-quality gameday experience consistent with Pacers Sports & Entertainment standards.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack fulfillment status of all partnership and ticket activation assets throughout the season.Support post-event recaps and reporting for partners, including photo documentation, written summaries, and performance insights.Identify and recommend opportunities to improve activation efficiency, fan engagement, and revenue impact on an ongoing basis.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in sports partnerships, activation, ticket sales operations, marketing activation, or event management.Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems is a plus.Comfort working with AI tools and platforms to improve workflow efficiency, streamline reporting, and enhance partner communications.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience working within professional sports, the NBA G League, or a comparable minor league environment.Experience supporting sponsorship fulfillment or ticket-driven marketing and sales initiatives.Familiarity with gameday operations and in-venue execution at the professional or semi-professional level.A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving instincts and a bias toward execution.The Noblesville Boom is a proud member of the Pacers Sports & Entertainment family. Job Summary: The Premium Ticket Coordinator will provide clerical, administrative, and "Day of Game" support for the Ticket Operations department under the general direction of Ticket Operations management. Essential Functions: Process tasks and ticket orders using ticketing software. Coordinate and execute all ticket mailings and will call printing. Process payments and manage payment plans for contracted, event suite and Hyde Lounge clientele. Work game day operations for home games and special events. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and fulfill last minute ticket requests. Prepare deposit reports and other reports as requested. Update and maintain the collections, payment plan and guest pass grids. Assist in building Crypto.com Arena offers for the Event Suite Sales team. Identify and suggest processing efficiencies for sales and ticket operations. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred). 2-4 years of related work experience, with at least one year experience utilizing ticketing software. Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner. Ability to work under pressure of a fast-paced operation and under time constraints. Ability to handle large sums of money utilizing prescribed cash management controls and day-to-day tasks concurrently. Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly and react to difficult situations appropriately. Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to interact and communicate effectively and in a professional, diplomatic and mature manner not only with clients and guests, but with co-workers within the organization. Excellent guest and client service capabilities. Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn required business systems. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed. Background in Sports/Entertainment/Hospitality industry preferred. Pay Scale: $21.27 - $30.12 Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
