Produce or oversee the creation of promotional videos, hype videos, motion graphics, video board content, print materials, sponsorship assets, and other creative projects. Develop and maintain consistent brand standards while preserving the unique identity of both the Fayetteville Marksmen and Macon Mayhem. Plan, execute, and continuously improve all aspects of game presentation and fan experience for both organizations. Oversee in-game entertainment, including music programming, video board production, scripts, theme nights, on-ice promotions, contests, and sponsor activations. Collaborate with the Director of Social Media & Marketing to support integrated marketing campaigns and organizational storytelling while providing creative assets as needed. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage two Creative Services Interns and two Game Presentation Coordinators, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional development. Essential Skills, Experience & Abilities Minimum of 3-5+ years of progressive experience in creative services, sports marketing, game presentation, live event production, or a related field. Demonstrated experience creating compelling graphic design, video, and motion graphic content with a strong creative portfolio.
