scheduled shifts are properly covered.Provide staff with ongoing direction, support, and performance feedback.Ensure employees complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, safety, and operational tasks.Review timekeeping information and assist with payroll preparation when required.Model a professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach for all employees.Customer ServiceServe as a ResponsibilitiesAssist with developing and meeting facility, league, rental, and event revenue goals.Monitor registrations, rental payments, outstanding balances, refunds, and credits.Support the development of league pricing, rental rates, tournament fees, and promotional offers.Track facility usage, league participation, staffing expenses, and other operational performance indicators.Assist with preparing budgets and controlling operating expenses.Provide regular reports regarding facility activity, league enrollment, revenue, staffing, maintenance concerns, and upcoming events.Follow organizational procedures for handling payments, deposits, cash, and financial records.Assist with marketing leagues, rentals, tournaments, camps, and other facility offerings.Events and TournamentsAssist with planning and operating tournaments, showcases, camps, clinics, birthday parties, corporate events, and community programs.Develop event schedules, staffing plans, facility layouts, and operational timelines.Coordinate with participating teams, referees, vendors, sponsors, and event partners.Ensure that fields and event spaces are properly prepared before each event.Provide on-site leadership throughout events and address operational issues as they arise.Complete post-event reviews and recommend improvements for future events.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in sports management, recreation management, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in sports facility operations, league management, event management, recreation, or a related position.Soccer or futsal knowledge and experience are strongly preferred.Previous staff supervision or management experience preferred.Strong organizational, scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy and changing environment.Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of individuals.Comfortable using scheduling, registration, email, spreadsheet, point-of-sale, and facility management systems.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with organizational leadership and other departments.Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally when required.CPR, AED, and First Aid certification are preferred or required within a designated period
