Primary Duties / Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on new business revenue generation * Recruit, hire, train, and mentor top sales talent while fostering a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture * Develop and execute strategic sales plans for full season memberships, half-season plans, mini plans, and premium seating products * Create and implement outbound sales campaigns, prospecting initiatives, and lead generation strategies to maximize new business revenue * Establish performance benchmarks, sales goals, and accountability measures for the New Business Development team * Monitor team pipelines, sales activity, appointment generation, forecasting, and overall performance against revenue targets * Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities to identify new revenue streams and growth strategies * Collaborate with Chief Ticketing Officer, Marketing, Ticket Operations, and Partnerships, teams to develop integrated sales campaigns and promotional initiatives * Work with Chief Ticketing Officer on the creation and implantation of department wide sales contests to motivate and engage entire Ticketing Department * Serve as a department leader in developing best practices for prospecting, pipeline management, presentations, and closing techniques * Maintain an individual sales goal focused on generating revenue through B2B relationships, club seating, premium hospitality, and corporate entertainment programs * Prospect, cultivate, and close new corporate accounts through networking, referrals, appointments, and face-to-face meetings * Lead by example through personal sales production and consistent execution of sales best practices * Attend Dallas Wings home games, networking events, and community functions to support sales initiatives and relationship development * Other duties may be assigned Game Day Duties/Responsibilities: Oversee sales tables and assist in managing fan experiences Providing customer service to clients, members and fans Prolonged standing, walking, and extended work hours. A basic understanding of SkyCam technology. • Creates and maintains a running event log for assigned events to track and update operational information, troubleshooting and other issues on individual events as they arise. • Assist with financial duties related to events, include processing invoices, filing, and maintaining client/vendor files, processing credit card authorizations, reconciling monthly expenses, following up with clients on payment status, and completing monthly accruals; Auditing and holding accountability for all aspects of financials related to events • Coordinate operations issues with Production Managers, NOC Operations and Technical Operations Manager • Assists with crew/contractor and vendor related billing and expense reports. • Data entry and reporting within various databases related to event details to include, but not limited to, financials, travel, clients/vendors, and venue information. • Reliable transportation is a must • Other duties as assigned.
