Identify stories, moments, trends, and cultural opportunities that will resonate with Wild fans and new audiences. Develop platform-native approaches across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, and emerging platforms. Support publishing and channel management across Minnesota Wild, Wild Gives Back, Minnesota Wild Pup, Wild on 7th, and Hockey Day Minnesota. Collaborate across Hockey Operations, Public Relations, Video Production, Creative Services, Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, Community Relations, and other internal teams to support organizational priorities and storytelling opportunities. Use analytics, audience insights, and platform developments to evaluate performance and continuously improve the Wild’s social approach. Position Requirements: Formal Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Knowledge & Experience: Knowledge of hockey and the NHL is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability and willingness to quickly develop a strong understanding of the Minnesota Wild, hockey culture, and the State of Hockey. At least four years of professional experience in social media, digital content, sports, entertainment, media, or a related field. Strong understanding of major social platforms, emerging channels, internet culture, and how audience behavior and creative expectations differ across each. Demonstrated experience developing and executing original social-first content across multiple platforms. Strong copywriting, photography, videography, interviewing, and basic editing skills. This position performs a variety of event related setups, service(s) and strike tasks. Some duties will include some facility housekeeping and cleaning tasks as required and directed. This position will also assist and help with projects throughout the building, and in the winter months assist with snow removal.Duties and Responsibilities:Work of this class involves event set up and tear down, under moderate supervision, including all event related equipment.This position performs and delivers all aspects of show and event service at the highest level to all clients including waste collection and removal, assists with maintaining and cleaning various areas as directed, assist clients with loading and unloading show and exhibit material. Assist in resolving client questions and concerns.Assists in the moving/setup/tear down of tables, chairs, staging equipment, risers, telescopic seating units, dance floors, outside tent, airwalls, etc.Responsible for the cleaning, upkeep and minor maintenance of the facility and related support areas. Reports all major maintenance items and safety concerns to management.Performs cleaning and housekeeping projects throughout the facility, i.e. carpet extraction, floor stripping and sealing, waste removal, window cleaning and other housekeeping as needed.Responsible for the cleaning, minor maintenance and proper storage of all event equipment, supplies, furniture, and motorized equipment.Operates motorized equipment in the performance of assigned duties i.e.: forklifts; floor scrubber, snow removal equipment. etc.Assist with snow removal and other outdoor grounds maintenance projects as directed. THE ROLEThe Tour Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operation of Highmark Stadium Tours by overseeing weekend and select evening tour offerings, serving as the Supervisor on Duty, and providing direct supervision to part-time tour staff. This role is responsible for ensuring tours are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established operational standards while maintaining exceptional guest service and professionalism.The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a key operational leader during nontraditional business hours, the Tour Operations Associate helps create a memorable guest experience while upholding the high standards of Legends Global and the Buffalo Bills.Highmark Stadium is the new home of the Buffalo Bills and represents the largest construction project in Western New York history. OverviewThe Assistant House Manager ensures the adherence of established protocols and the safety and comfort of all patrons and artists during rentals and performances. The role will provide professional and courteous front-of-house operations under the direction of the House Manager at Seminole Theatre. Assist house manager with coordination of show start/stop times, holds, and general time management. Provide patrons with guidance and direction when seating, during performances, and exiting the theatre. Seat latecomers and patrons returning to their seats during the performance, using a flashlight and observing hold policies. Remain in the lobby or theatre throughout the performance. Be posted in a prominent location at intermission and following performance to handle patron inquiries. Act as the point of contact for volunteer ushers. Explain procedures for emergency situations, seating, holds, and concessions sales. Check public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, theatre, the foyer, and the front of the building, and take care of any appearance and/or safety issues. Set up rooms for special events.
