SUMMARY Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative strategy, development, and execution of compelling, culture-shaping work. Reporting to the head of Sports Marketing, the Creative Director will also provide creative mentorship to creatives in the Entertainment brands. This highly collaborative leadership role will be responsible for defining and elevating the creative vision for some of the most iconic brands, experiences, and properties in sports and lifestyle. The Creative Director will serve as the sports organization's senior creative leader, overseeing the design development of integrated marketing campaigns, brand identities, visual systems, creative production, experiential activations, and consumer-facing creative across every touchpoint. This role will ensure that all creative output reflects the unique DNA of our brands while delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will inspire and develop a diverse team of creatives, establish best-in-class creative processes, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. This role is central to shaping the identity and perception of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment's sports brands and will oversee the end-to-end creative process across a wide range of mediums, including in-venue, social media, web, app, email, out-of-home, experiential, merchandise, video, and print. WHAT YOU WILL DO Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship Lead the creative vision and execution across sports brands in the Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment's ecosystem; provide creative mentorship to the creative team in the Entertainment ecosystem.
