The Club has hosted over 20 championships for the PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions and the Korn Ferry Tour since opening in 1986. Following an historic renovation by PGA TOUR Design Services in 2008, TPC Potomac has earned a reputation as a formidable test for the world’s best players.Tee up your career as a part of our team with the TPC Network!The Outside Operations Staff provide critical service to our members and guests. Usually, they are the first Club representative to meet and greet members and guests when they arrive at the Club.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent educationPrevious experience working in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESAssist PGA TOUR players, Members and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring that every step of their golf experience at the club runs as smoothly and is as enjoyable as possible Greet and welcome members and guests At opening assist in pulling all golf cars from the golf car facility to the bag staging areaRemove golf bags from member’s and guest's car and load them on a golf cart. Job Summary The Manager Design Production (may also be referred to as Festival Mapper) is responsible for drafting festival blueprints, creating designs, preparing models, and planning a construction workflow from conceptual phase to implementation for events. Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position): Lead HE&R corporate/internal/employee communications strategy, including writing materials, creating templates, outlining the annual content calendar, identifying ways to better communicate with team members and drive employee engagement, and managing the mass communication system.* Lead influencer marketing for Resort brands, planning visits and coordinating with stakeholders to showcase the destination and The Official Resorts of Hersheypark.* Work closely with Communications team members to implement the content strategy for diverse social media channels. Create communications plans for the continued expansion of the Resorts portfolio. Lead traditional media relations efforts for The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, Hersheypark Camping Resort, Hershey Inn & Suites, and Dining In Hershey brands Develop talking points and FAQs. Work with general managers and company leadership on town hall meetings to ensure consistent messaging and presentations.* Ensure relevant company websites and information are updated, including board/leadership, DE&I web page, Jobs.com, Indeed, etc.* Train/prepare spokespersons/executives for media interviews, events, and appearances, as necessary.* Serve as a valued member of the Crisis Communications team. Support the destination team on planning and execution of destination initiatives.* Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 7-10 years of related experience. Industry Experience - Communications, Public Relations, Community Relations, Hospitality/Tourism Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. 18 years of age or older. Bachelor’s degree Must have a valid Driver’s License Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Detail oriented with the ability to execute both quick turnaround projects and long-term strategic plans. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Sprout Social, and mass communication system(s). Ability to represent the company in various settings, events, etc. Experienced in working with key executives and operations team members. Must be a strong writer and presenter. Must be a team player and willing to learn and use social media channels to reach targeted audiences. Must be an expert in all things Hershey, PA, Milton Hershey School, and HE&R history.
