POSITION OVERVIEW: The Membership Services Specialist is responsible for providing world-class customer service to Nashville SC season ticket members. The Membership Services Specialist will manage an assigned base of season ticket member accounts, building strong relationships throughout the year to maximize renewals while delivering an extraordinary fan experience. This position will report to the Membership Services Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned season ticket members, driving effective communication through phone calls, emails, face to face meetings, match visits, events and other various channels. Prioritize season ticket member retention and satisfaction as a liaison between the season ticket members and the club. Strive to achieve designated revenue goals each year through renewals, new business referrals, seat add-ons, relocations and upgrades. Assist in coordinating season ticket member events, customized member programs and additional season ticket benefits to continually increase customer loyalty. Execute various roles during Nashville SC home games to assist season ticket members and ensure a memorable experience for fans. Troubleshoot issues and concerns as they arise and determine appropriate solutions, often cross-collaborating with various internal departments to ensure resolution. Effectively utilize CRM to achieve account touchpoint goals, track and organize all member communications, pull appropriate reports, and stay up to date with tasks and opportunities. Manage member payment schedules and late payment collections, working closely with leadership to identify at-risk and delinquent accounts. Collaborate with the Ticket Operations team on all ticket related items, issues or concerns. Contribute positively to the ticketing team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members. Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual service & sales goals. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of one year of work experience in professional sports ticket sales and/or customer service. Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the department and Club in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative. Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving ability, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Working knowledge of Salesforce & Archtics preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) speaker is a plus, but not required. The right candidates will be looking to develop their broadcast and media skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment and working within current branding guidelines. The broadcast, media, and operations intern will have the opportunity to work with the current staff on varying projects such as our social media outlets and our game broadcasts. The ideal candidate will be interested in working both in front of and behind the camera. The intern will also assist with some game operations. QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be either currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college studying a related field. The student may or may not choose to seek college credit for this internship, the Minotauros will work with the student's school to ensure the internship works within their requirements for credit if so desired. This position is open to in person candidates only. What the Intern can Expect from the MinotaurosThe Minotauros will work with the intern to develop their skills with products such as Adobe Creative Cloud, working within established branding guides (both our own and our partners), and creating advertising inventory through media production. The media intern will assist with our social media outlets through creating graphics and videos using the Adobe Creative Suite. Our media team is collaborative in nature and the intern will be given the opportunity to seek the projects that will help them achieve their ultimate career goals.
