Working in close collaboration with the Configuration and Inventory team in Zurich and other key individuals responsible for the management of ticketing inventory, seating plans and its maintenance in the Ticketing System, ensuring data accuracy throughout the planning phase and during the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Assist the team in building complete and accurate seating plans in the ticketing system for selected FIFA tournament venues in the host country· Assist in the implementation of all necessary seating information and configuration of spectator flows, price categories and seat allocations and carries out required updates· Maintain on day-to-day basis seating maps and configurations within the ticketing system throughout all stages of FIFA tournaments and applies changes as required· Ensures data integrity and accuracy of all seating information and configuration· Carry out seat assignment processes in the ticketing system· Support team to liaise with other functional areas in the planning of seating configuration and spectator flow for selected venues· Assess and analyze maps and plans of FIFA tournament venues to identify gaps and changes to be applied in the seating plans and configurations· Carry out onsite seat inspection visits to fully validate seating plans as built in the ticketing system with the actual venue seating· Evaluate outcomes of quality inspections and proposes corrective measures· Support the overall management of ticketing inventory by conducting quality assurance measure for both ticket quotas and seat allocations· Support administrating allocations and additional ticket requests during the tournaments· Support general ticketing operations for FIFA events systems· Support general ticketing operations for FIFA eventsEducation• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.Experience • Strong professional experience· Experience working with ticketing systems (preferably Secutix)· Experience in working with CAD technical drawings considered as a plus· Highly accurate and detail-oriented working style, technology minded, efficient and accountable team player Skills & Competencies · Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools· Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, technology minded, efficient and accountable team player· Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities· Skilled in facilitating collaboration between various business areas· Ability to adapt to working with different environment and time zones Certifications & Requirements· Willingness to travel to host cities· Availability to work extended hours during test events and tournament time· Experience working in international, multicultural environments preferred.· Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
