This role supports fan engagement at public appearances, home matches, away watch parties, and community events across the Nashville area. Street Team members play a vital role in strengthening fan loyalty by enhancing the matchday and event experience, while also serving as an extension of the Club’s Marketing and Entertainment teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate on-site activations and promotional events while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Club with energy and professionalism. Serve as an extension of the Marketing Department by promoting club initiatives, ticket programs, and brand messaging. Assist guests as part of the GEODIS Park guest experience team when needed. Actively engage with fans to encourage participation in activations, distribute giveaways, and provide event-specific information. Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of interactive displays, promotional booths, and event materials. Distribute marketing collateral in an organized and professional manner. Collect and report feedback, observations, and insights following events to supervisors. Support pre-match activities, including Opening Act activations (e.g., Kick Wall, premium tailgate). Serve as a matchday runner for the Nashville SC Entertainment team as needed. Assist with matchday entertainment management, hospitality, and game presentation needs. Support production logistics, including entertainment personnel arrival, load-in, and load-out. Shift Information Shifts include all home matches, the majority of away matches, and additional off-site community events throughout the season. Hours vary by event schedule, with an expected commitment of approximately 5–15 hours per week during the season. Some shifts require transporting materials to and from event locations and assisting with setup and teardown. Qualifications Ability to commit to all Nashville SC matchdays (home and away) with minimal scheduling conflicts. General interest in and working knowledge of soccer, including basic understanding of Nashville SC’s schedule and roster. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. Comfortable engaging with fans and promoting club initiatives in public settings. Team-oriented, collaborative mindset. Willingness to learn club promotions, ticket programs, and soccer-related information (training provided). Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to lift and move materials exceeding 50 lbs. Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with VIP-level personnel. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
