This includes, but is not limited to, various administrative duties, social media, email marketing, and the creation of ads and venue collateral.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrack convention sales lead through the Convention Visitors Bureau Online Calendar System on a monthly basis and input as Sales Lead Opportunities into Legends Booking system when assigned by the Director of Sales & MarketingInput all other incoming sales leads into the Legends Booking system when assigned by the Director of Sales and MarketingRegularly researches Exhibitors in conjunction with convention calendar sales leadsAssist in writing copy for various marketing collateral, quarterly and annual reports, and E-newslettersMarketing efforts could include but are not limited to, creation of sales collateral, presentations, direct mail, email campaigns, website updates, proofreading, advertising, and social media marketingRoutinely update and assist in the creation of sales PowerPoint proposals, presentations, and other related sales collateralRegularly maintain competitive rates and contacts in the hospitality industrySchedule monthly in-house training for Legend’s catering and security partnersAssist in creating and implementing grassroots marketing to increase ticket sales for events at all venuesAssist with updating sales and marketing department calendars with upcoming ticketed eventsCoordinate efforts and work with sales and marketing department to update all social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, both to promote events and inform the public of facility newsAssist with generating email marketing reports in Ticketmaster EngageAssist with creating post-event marketing reports, monthly social media reports, and the monthly marketing plan for ticketed eventsAssist with tracking traffic for all marketing campaigns and online assets in Ticketmaster OneAssist with generating Google Analytics reports for all facility websites and providing monthly reportsAssist with television monitoring of media coverage regarding our facilities and providing weekly reportsAssist with updating suite signage at the Smoothie King Center based upon current event scheduleMaintain stock on all venue promotional client gift items and printed sales collateralShare in the responsibilities of coordinating and executing company hosted eventsPrepare and submit expense reports as requestedSpecial projects as assigned – i.e., ordering and delivering client gifts and holiday cardsAll other duties as assignedQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
