Reports to: Director of Communications Job Description The Digital Campaign Lead (DCL) handles external-facing digital marketing efforts for USA Weightlifting. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role is responsible for managing paid social and multi-channel digital campaigns (email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, and content marketing) with the goal of drawing eyes and attention from outside the established USA Weightlifting community and bringing them into the fold. They will work closely with the various departments within USAW, but especially the Events & Sponsorships and Coaching Development departments, to run campaigns that support USAW’s primary value propositions: 1) competing in the sport of weightlifting, and 2) access to weightlifting/strength sport education. The primary goals of the developed campaigns is a mix of increased revenue by increasing event ticket sales and coaching course sales, and an increase in participation in the sport by driving sport awareness and interest into signups for key USAW national events.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:Build digital marketing campaigns focused on bringing outside revenue, participation, and attention to USAW. This will be a mix of activating paid social ads, multi-week social media postings, and email campaign flows to promote product offerings, help drive event sales, and pull potential members and customers into the USAW ecosystem.Help market USAW’s alternative event formats such as our Wodapalooza event to potential athletes and sponsors.Help modernize the way USAW works with partners and promotes those partnerships across digital landscapes.Build campaigns around selling USAW education courses and opportunities to prospects outside of our current ecosystem. Spearhead the campaigns behind two emerging opportunities & offerings from USAW that are expected to launch in late 2026.Build campaigns around enticing athletes from other sport backgrounds to try weightlifting. Sell participation in the sport by helping to build the “second sport” idea of weightlifting and promoting transition from other sports to ours. Build campaigns around USAW national events, highlighting national team athlete sessions to draw in local crowds. Oversee paid-social for USAW. Completely own the process of creating and managing USAW digital ads on various platforms, starting with Meta platforms and eventually reaching new platforms.Track campaign performance data, report results, and adjust campaigns based on what the data shows.Investigate how AI search engine use can be leveraged by USAW. Explore how we get USAW offerings to appear more frequently in AI-search results.Occasionally capture and edit content to be used for marketing needs and campaign use. We’re not looking for someone who has top-end professional photo/video expertise, and we do maintain a budget to contract out some photo and video work, but a working knowledge of basic camera controls and editing software (Adobe suite and/or CapCut) is preferred. The Senior Manager, Membership Services will be charged with driving season ticket retention through successful training and development of the team, creating accountability goals and metrics, as well as spearheading a best-in-class season ticket member engagement strategy. This position will report to the Senior Director, Premium & Membership Services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the entirety of the Season Ticket Member platform, including annual retention and year-round service and engagement strategies for the general Season Ticket Member base. Drive the creation, planning and execution of the annual renewal and relocation campaigns, while maximizing member retention and revenue generation. Lead an elite Membership Services team by recruiting, interviewing, training, developing and mentoring a talented group of individuals. Take ownership of season ticket member events, gift planning, creating customized member programs and generate other unique experiences and benefits to enhance member experience and retention. Troubleshoot issues that may arise from Season Ticket Members and the organization to determine appropriate resolution and act as a leadership point of contact for all escalated communications. Lead the Season Ticket Member onboarding process and touchpoint strategies throughout each season to build and maintain a high level of member engagement. Responsible for ongoing training and education of team members in the areas of customer service, account management, revenue generation, cross-selling, referrals, etc. Develop and track goals for individual team members and the department. Conduct one-on-ones with the Membership Services team to identify issues, help troubleshoot, and establish a relationship with the goal of helping each team member perform their jobs at the highest level. Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations, Operations, Finance and other internal departments to ensure synergy and strong relationships across the board. Proactively recognize and anticipate challenges and opportunities for the team and the department Assist in the creation and management of the overall Ticketing department budget. Track all season ticket member renewals, feedback, attendance, event RSVPs, and other relevant member information in CRM to create reports and recaps. Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of sports business sales, service, revenue generation, retention, etc. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a people leadership role. Strong leadership drive with a desire to lift, lead, and serve others. Solid work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the department and Club in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record in relationship building with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, problem resolving ability, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to organize and delegate responsibilities of projects and tasks to ensure timely completion of all obligations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Working knowledge of Salesforce and Archtics preferred.

Job SummaryThe Coordinator Data & Event Support will be a part of USA Swimming’s Commercial Division, supporting the National Events Team with the online entry process, NCAA data, record management, and other national event projects and assignments. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the staff lead with USA Swimming’s Online Meet Management System (OME) to include providing internal support and assisting with customer service requests.Coordinate, track, and manage the online entry process and participant data through USA Swimming’s Online Meet Management System (OME) for all USA Swimming National Events. Provide customer support to USA Swimming and The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Event Directors using USA Swimming’s OME system on the National, Zone and LSC-level. Field customer service requests and questions related to National Event entries, meet qualification, and results from USA Swimming members and international event participants. Support with data entry and athlete selections for the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships.Lead NCAA communications efforts for season requirements, data and times support. Serve as customer service specialist for questions related to NCAA data and times. Ensure all NCAA times files are loaded into SWIMS database and assist with the maintenance of the times database. Collaborate with the Coordinator, Community Impact Communications to develop and promote compelling donor-facing materials across digital and traditional media platforms, including invitations, auction promotions, and stewardship content. Auction Strategy & Donor Insights Lead auction item procurement by cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors, corporate partners, and in-kind sponsors to secure high-value items aligned with donor interests and revenue goals. Develop and coordinate auction promotional strategy in partnership with the Coordinator, Community Impact Communications, ensuring strong pre-event bidder engagement and awareness. Coordinate with the Senior Coordinator, Development Operations on auction catalog production, ensuring all item details, descriptions, and donor recognition elements are accurate and compelling. Conduct post-auction analysis of participation, bidder behavior, and giving trends, delivering strategic recommendations to the Director of Development to inform future auction and fundraising initiatives. Identify high-value bidder engagement opportunities and surface insights to support ongoing donor cultivation efforts. Donor & Partner Engagement Cultivate relationships with local businesses, community partners, and in-kind sponsors to expand the Foundation’s network of supporters and auction contributors. Support the engagement of Sharks and Barracuda players, coaches, and significant others in donor-facing events, auctions, and fundraising initiatives, ensuring meaningful and seamless involvement. Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies to engage donors and expand the Foundation’s supporter base. Represent the Foundation at fundraising events, networking opportunities, Sharks and Barracuda games, and donor activations. Volunteer & Emerging Donor Engagement Lead coordination of the Foundation’s mission-driven volunteer community comprised of passionate Sharks fans and community members who support fundraising initiatives and serve as ambassadors for the Foundation’s work. Manage volunteer communication, scheduling, and deployment across fundraising events, game day activations, and donor-facing opportunities, ensuring volunteers are well-prepared and positioned for success. Cultivate a strong volunteer culture rooted in team pride, community impact, and long-term engagement, while identifying opportunities to develop highly engaged volunteers into future donors, advocates, and Foundation ambassadors. CRM & Data Management Own CRM data integrity, reporting, and workflow maintenance to support accurate donor tracking and pipeline management. Manage donor follow-up workflows and stewardship processes, continuously identifying improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide reporting support and donor insights that help inform fundraising strategy, pipeline development, and long-term relationship growth. Minimum Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, with a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships across diverse audiences. 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit coordination, or a related field required. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
