This role provides administrative and coordination support to the executive leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, correspondence, social media support, and contract tracking assistance.The position will also support social media initiatives, vendor documentation, and operational processes. Creative Content & EntertainmentGuide the production of engaging video features, crowd prompts, entertainment segments, and storytelling content designed to strengthen the emotional connection between fans and the team.Work closely with creative agencies, musicians, performers, and production partners to develop customized entertainment experiences and themed presentations.Collaborate with hosts, emcees, and on-camera personalities by developing scripts, key messaging, and game narratives that align with organizational objectives and sponsor commitments. Corporate Partnership IntegrationCollaborate with the corporate partnerships department to incorporate sponsor activations into the game presentation in ways that are engaging, authentic, and valuable for partners.Oversee fulfillment of all in-game sponsorship elements, ensuring contractual obligations are executed accurately and at the highest production standard.Help develop new inventory and presentation assets that create additional sponsorship and revenue opportunities. Production Technology & Vendor RelationsManage the operation and integration of video boards, LED displays, replay systems, social media integrations, IPTV systems, and other presentation technologies.Coordinate with engineering, venue operations, and technical teams to ensure all production systems are fully tested, operational, and event-ready.Develop and maintain productive relationships with outside vendors, production companies, entertainers, and technology providers. Leadership & Department OperationsRecruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate full-time staff, freelancers, contractors, and event-day personnel involved in game presentation.Oversee production calendars, digital asset management, workflow organization, and archival systems.Assist senior leadership with departmental budgeting, operational planning, vendor negotiations, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.Foster a collaborative environment focused on creativity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Sports Management, Communications, Broadcasting, Event Production, Marketing, or a related discipline.1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in professional sports, live entertainment, broadcast production, or large-scale event management.Demonstrated success directing complex live productions in fast-paced environments.Strong understanding of live control room operations, show production, scripting, entertainment programming, and in-venue presentation systems.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Proven ability to develop fan engagement initiatives and integrate sponsorships into live event programming.Working knowledge of industry-standard production software and technologies such as ShoFlo, Ross XPression, replay systems, Tagboard, and platforms.Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and project management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with a professional sports franchise, major collegiate athletics program, or entertainment venue.Knowledge of large-format LED displays, immersive presentation technologies, and stadium production systems.Background in creative content development, experiential marketing, or entertainment programming.Familiarity with project management and creative collaboration platforms such as Asana, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
