Essential Responsibilities – Operations (50%) Coordinate day-to-day parking operations for all arena events in partnership with OVG. Assist with event planning meetings and operational readiness. Ensure parking lots are configured and prepared for each event. Monitor event-day parking operations and communicate operational issues to leadership. Coordinate operational changes with Event Operations, Security, Guest Services, Marketing, and Finance. Document post-event operational reviews and lessons learned. Maintain accurate parking system data across platforms. Coordinate software testing, upgrades, and implementation of new parking technologies. Troubleshoot parking technology with vendors and IT. Maintain system documentation and train OVG on parking software and equipment. Data & Analytics (15%) Produce recurring reports and dashboards for leadership. Analyze utilization, occupancy, revenue trends, and operational metrics. Assist with forecasting parking demand using historical event data. Audit parking data for accuracy. Support business reviews by preparing operational and financial reporting. Identify trends and recommend operational efficiencies through data analysis. Cross Functional Collaboration Serve as an operational connection point between Marketing, Ticketing, Business Intelligence, and external agency partners. Events/Music industry experience preferred. Demonstrated professional experience editing short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar software. Experience creating content specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, sports team or entertainment organization. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp or similar CRM systems. Payscale: $23.27-$26.44/hr Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
