Bring· 2–4+ years of experience in digital content & social media for a brand, sports organization, media property, or similar — golf or sports industry experience strongly preferred· A portfolio demonstrating strong photography, video production/editing, editorial judgment and content that has performed well across digital and social media platforms· Working knowledge of a CMS (e.g., Hubspot or similar) for managing website content· Proficiency with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and digital asset management practices· A working understanding of what makes content succeed on each major platform — part art, part science· Experience building and managing content calendars, community management workflows, and social reporting/analytics· Strong storytelling instincts, with the ability to adapt voice across contexts (championship excitement vs. personality spotlights vs. Foundation impact stories)· Comfort working both strategically (calendar planning, reporting, trend analysis) and hands-on (shooting, editing, posting, real-time engagement) · Ability to travel to and work on-site at AZ GOLF championships and events, including some evenings and weekends during tournament season· Passion for golf and/or Arizona sports culture is a strong plusWorking Conditions· Spends a significant amount of time in an office setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines· Travel locally to visit golf courses and to oversee special promotional events using a personal or company car· A flexible work schedule with some evening or weekend work may be necessary when supporting Association events Physical Requirements· Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted·
