MLV - Intern, Community Relations: $16.37 per hour Position Summary: The Community Relations Intern supports the planning and execution of community outreach, game presentation, and fan engagement initiatives throughout the season for Minnesota Major League Volleyball. This role is vital to creating memorable experiences for fans, strengthening relationships within the community, and enhancing the team's brand both inside and outside the arena. By collaborating across departments and assisting with events and promotions, the intern helps deliver a first-class fan experience while supporting the organization's overall business and community objectives. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Support community engagement initiatives and represent the team at events throughout the season. Assist with community outreach programs, youth clinics, school visits, and fan engagement initiatives that strengthen the team's presence in the community. Support the planning and execution of community appearances, promotional events, and special team activations. Assist with fulfilling and tracking charitable donation requests and community partnerships. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner when interacting with fans, community partners, sponsors, and vendors. Help coordinate volunteer opportunities and community service initiatives involving team staff. Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for community appearances and promotional events.
