Media & Communications Intelligence: Collaborate with Communications and Media teams to integrate earned media, PR, broadcast, social and cultural impact indicators into the broader assessment of tournament awareness and momentum. Digital & Fan Journey Analytics: Work closely with the central BI office, Digital Delivery and CRM teams to understand behavior across FIFA's digital ecosystem and optimize acquisition, engagement, registration and conversion journeys using first-party and behavioral data.
