The Senior Manager works in conjunction with the Director to assign daily task for support staff and provide safe and visually appealing fields and grounds at The Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. This is a 27-acre facility located in Florham Park, New Jersey. Specific Responsibilities:Manage the grounds maintenance fleet. Including records of oil, fuel, air filter changes. Greasing, blade sharpening, belts and parts inventory necessary to complete task.Irrigation diagnostics relating to system running properly. Trouble shoot and repair heads, valves, damaged lines, and solenoids.Ability to see and understand environmental stress factors for cool season turfgrass diseases and take necessary corrective actions related to such specific disease. Including Summer Patch, Pythium, Leaf Spot Melt Out, Brown Patch, Pythium Crown and Root Rot, Red Thread, Pink Snow Mold, and Fairy Ring.Prepare and maintain fields in accordance with NFL specifications. This will require knowledge in measuring and painting. Included in the maintenance is soil and tissue testing, moisture monitoring, mowing, string trimming, fertilizer, PGR and pesticide applications, aerification, topdressing, leveling of heads and valve boxes, sweeping, verticutting, sled placement, trash removal, seeding and divot repair.General landscape maintenance for beautification of the facility and special events. Maintenance includes mowing, string trimming, mulching, weeding, planting, pressure washing, painting, watering, seeding, sodding, fertilizing, pesticide application and snow removal.Ability to maintain artificial practice surfaces in accordance with NFL regulations. This will require understanding of manufactures recommendations on infill depth. They are involved in every touch point, from the daily work report assigning to the end-of-night-billing duties. PC’s act as a liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house teams and are constantly communicating pertinent information before, during, and after event.Responsibilities:Lead communication between Suites Operations, Culinary, and Front-of-House teams to ensure seamless event execution.Delegate responsibilities, provide clear direction, and hold staff accountable throughout all phases of service.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.Coordinate the timely expediting and delivery of food to 20+ suites while ensuring accuracy and quality.Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain a thorough understanding of food delivery timelines, alcohol service, and ordering deadlines.Supervise Suites Runners during event setup, service, and breakdown.Oversee pantry organization, cleanliness, inventory, and stocking of beverages, equipment, smallwares, and disposables.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.Perform other duties as assigned by Suites Management.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.Ability to perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalism.Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.Must be available to work all event days and flexible schedule to work extended hours due to business requirement including nights, weekends & holidays.All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.Compensation:Part-Time $28.50hrLegends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
