Team Support Support the Entertainment Team through technical coordination, planning, and readiness activities across Stadium Entertainment, Ceremonies, and Special Events. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, freelancers, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery standards and best practices. Foster strong collaboration between Entertainment, Technology, Broadcast, IBCC, Venue Operations, and other Functional Areas throughout the project lifecycle. Support alignment between venue-based technical teams and central project teams to maintain consistency in delivery standards across all competition and ceremony venues. Technical Planning & Production Coordination Create and manage the overall Technical Production Schedule for Stadium Entertainment, Ceremonies, IBCC Operations, ensuring alignment with tournament milestones and delivery requirements. Develop and maintain technical integration plans, readiness trackers, installation schedules, testing plans, and operational documentation. Coordinate technical surveys, venue assessments, production walkthroughs, rehearsals, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities across all venues and project sites. Coordinate rehearsals, technical run-throughs, systems testing, and operational readiness exercises to validate delivery requirements before live operations. Ensure all technical requirements are accurately captured within production schedules, venue operational plans, and technical documentation. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, ensuring appropriate mitigation and contingency planning measures are in place. IBCC Integration & Operations Lead the planning, setup, technical integration, and readiness of all Entertainment-related facilities, systems, and services within the IBCC. Create and manage the IBCC Technical Production Schedule and ensure alignment with Stadium Entertainment and Ceremonies delivery requirements. Develop and manage the stadium-to-IBCC integration plan, ensuring seamless connectivity between venue systems, centralized operations, communications infrastructure, content distribution platforms, and operational workflows. Manage the technical relationship with Host Broadcast Services (HBS), IBCC overlay providers, venue stakeholders, and key technical suppliers. Ensure seamless distribution of entertainment content, graphics, show-control cues, and operational data from the IBCC to stadium systems, while maintaining reliable two-way communication and monitoring between the IBCC and all tournament venues. Oversee the integration of content distribution networks, communications systems, graphics platforms, show-control solutions, AE Live services, and other third-party systems supporting Entertainment delivery. Coordinate IBCC FF&E requirements, TEAP requirements, BIM360 updates, technical documentation, and readiness reporting to ensure tournament-wide technical preparedness. Venue, Ceremonies & Special Events Readiness Lead stadium technical installation and readiness activities, ensuring all Entertainment infrastructure is delivered, tested, and commissioned in accordance with FIFA requirements. Lead IBCC technical installation and readiness activities, coordinating delivery partners, suppliers, and technical stakeholders. Support the technical planning and readiness of all Ceremonies, including Opening Ceremonies, Closing Ceremonies, Medal Ceremonies, Pre-Match Ceremonies (PMC), and other official FIFA ceremonial events. Support the technical planning and delivery requirements of FIFA Special Events, including tournament draws and other major FIFA events, ensuring alignment with Entertainment technical standards and operational requirement. Content & Systems Management Coordinate the collection and validation of venue technical specifications, including giant screen, LED ribbon, control room, playback, and presentation system capabilities, ensuring all requirements are available for content production and delivery planning. Define and communicate technical content specifications, formats, resolutions, workflows, and delivery requirements to content producers, ensuring compatibility across all stadium and ceremony presentation systems. Review and validate stadium technical overlay designs, control room infrastructure, and presentation system configurations to ensure all Stadium Entertainment and Ceremonies content can be successfully delivered and operated. Coordinate the integration, testing, and readiness of content playback, graphics, show-control, and presentation systems across stadiums, ceremonies, and IBCC operations. Work closely with Technology, venue operators, and technical suppliers to ensure all content delivery workflows, system interfaces, monitoring tools, and operational processes are fully implemented, tested, and operational prior to tournament delivery. Ensure documentation, technical specifications, system inventories, and content delivery requirements remain accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle. Planning Scheduling & Documentation Prepare match-day reports, schedules, show notes and post-event summaries for the Head of Entertainment. Maintain up-to-date operational documentation. Participate in regular team meetings, briefings, and review sessions. Flag operational risks and escalate issues to the Head of Entertainment in a timely manner. Supplier & Budget Management Support procurement processes as directed by the Head of Entertainment, including supplier briefing and evaluation. · Manage day-to-day relationships with technical suppliers and contractors at assigned venue(s). Assist with budget management tasks, including forecasting inputs, cost‑tracking, variation documentation, and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up. Help monitor contractual deliverables and timelines, ensuring they remain aligned with pre‑production schedules and operational readiness requirements, and escalate risks to the Head of Entertainment as needed. Stakeholder & Functional Area Liaison Coordinate closely with Technology, Broadcast, Venue Operations and other Functional Areas to ensure seamless project integration. Act as the central coordination point for technical requirements impacting Stadium Entertainment, Ceremonies, IBCC Operations, and Special Events. Support early‑phase cross‑functional integration to support seamless operational delivery.
