Possess a team player mentality; must be able to adapt to changes and work in a multi-client environment. Assist with supervising the work of temporary labor staff. Comply with OSHA/TOSHA regulations. Other duties as assigned by manager. Minimum Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent. Some experience in operation of light machinery. Prior conversion or event experience preferred. Ability to read and write and to follow written and oral instructions and complete standardized checklist forms. Ability to work long and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required to work long hours on event days. Ability to safely and efficiently, operate hand and power tools. As a condition of employment, qualified applicants will be subject to a background check, including a criminal history check, driving history and character references. The Director of Corporate Partnerships Sales will help lead the efforts to drive revenues by forging fully integrated partnerships with local and national companies that leverage the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies brands through dynamic marketing platforms to help these partners meet mutual and independent goals. Responsibilities: Employee’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Direct a team of Partnership Sales Managers in their efforts to renew and establish new, long-term, multi-layered corporate partnerships across 3 properties including Tropicana Field, Al Lang Stadium and Charlotte Sports Park• Maximize partnership revenue by leveraging the Rays TV arm of the organization and vice versa • Guide the team to have all of our partnerships align with the processes, standards and overall goals of supporting departments and the organization as a whole• Personally renew and uncover new partnerships to directly contribute to the organizations revenue goals• Implement new strategies for outbound sales efforts and administer creative approaches towards conversations with local and national prospects • Look for incremental revenue verticals by way of new asset offerings, inventory management & anticipation of up-and-coming competitive categories• Work closely with the Director of Corporate Partnership Services to ensure Sales, Services and Solutions oriented teams are working harmoniously and identify new efficiencies together that contribute to the group’s overall success • Successfully collaborate with other departments to generate multi-faceted partnerships that not only achieve the client’s goals but also meet the needs for our own organization. This position will primarily focus on shooting a wide variety of videos, photos, and short-form content for the sports franchise they are selected for, as well as other departments and teams within SEG with an emphasis on Jazz Youth, Mammoth Youth, and Jazz Bantam. This position will also supplement edits in conjunction with the post-production team. The right person for this position must be well-versed in the shooting process of telling concise, visually pleasing stories, and have an attitude ready to learn. This person should be able to see a project from concept to completion and bring new ideas to the creative voice of the team.
