The main responsibilities and oversights of the Venue Transport Supervisor for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include: Oversee transport execution at side event sites—manage load zones, parking, driver coordination, and shuttle staging to ensure smooth flow. Act as the transport primary point of contact on the ground side event in that city during tournament time, ensuring quick response and operational readiness. Develop and implement short-notice transport plans for unplanned or special events, coordinating routes, staging areas, and vehicle allocations. Liaise with Security, Guest Operations, Venue Transport, Fleet, and City Transport Control Centres to align logistics and access needs. Communicate directly with event leads, VIP guest managers, and functional areas to confirm requirements and translate them into operational plans. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.• Proficiency or experience with Monday.com, Yokoy, Miro, and SAP a plus.
