OverviewThe Catering Sales Manager drives food & beverage sales revenue at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Primary focus will be on exhibitor catering, retail activations, Subcontractor and SBE partnership activations, small group business, short-term and single-day events from initial inquiry through contract execution and event delivery. This role pays an annual salary range of $55,000-$60,000. This position will remain open until October 16, 2026.ResponsibilitiesExhibitor Sales & Retail ActivationsLead exhibitor catering lifecycle from order coordination through execution.
