Manage wild.com website and app properties and processes, ensuring users are engaged, creative is on-brand, and accurate and timely information is displayed through regular auditing. Assist with scheduling and posting press releases, photos, videos, articles, etc., to web and app platforms on a day-to-day basis to engage fans while growing our various channels. Occasionally assist with written coverage for team website, including game nights for both home and away games. Cover game night web and app content for both home and away games. Troubleshoot technical issues. Communicate effectively with all departments to determine project timelines and requirements, present website/app mock-ups and user journeys, and curate feedback. Enhance fan engagement, drive revenue, and support organizational goals. Initiate strategies for unlocking new audiences and revenue opportunities while growing engagement with current fans. Create and manage campaigns that generate ticket and retail revenue, new users, and more. Work closely with teams across the organization, including Creative Services, Revenue Marketing, Hockey Operations, and Ticketing. Measure web and app metrics to help determine strategy based on popularity of specific content. Support the overall editorial plan and creatively think of unique content to implement. Optimize the fan journey through consistent research, data insights and thoughtful UX design decisions made in collaboration with Creative Services department. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Formal Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Degree with a sports emphasis a plus. Knowledge & Experience: Knowledge of hockey. Exposure using backend website management tools/CMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.). Experience managing content for websites or apps. Basic knowledge of coding languages, such as HTML, to execute custom page builds. Previous experience working with a content calendar preferred.
