KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary liaison between the Transport FA and FIFA27 departments for all VAPP related planning and operational matters for FWWC2027 and any ancillary event. Actively lead and contribute on the development and implementation of the Host Cities Vehicles Access and/or Parking Permits (VAPPs) and venue/stadium transport access operational plans. Deliver FWWC2027 VAPP scheme taking into consideration all factors surrounding the guests and Workforce’ journey. Lead the procurement, contract implementation and performance management of the service provider(s) responsible for the production, printing, packaging and distribution of all VAPPs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, production schedules, quality standards, security protocols, inventory control, distribution plans and agreed service levels throughout the Tournament lifecycle. Manage VAPP system and the supporting tools and systems (in coordination with FIFA27 Client Services) and ensure integration with other systems/ platforms within Operations department and other FIFA27 departments. Engage with all stakeholders effectively; collect requirements, update and maintain VAPPs database, and assist with the distribution of VAPPs to all guest groups in coordination with guest group owners (departments/ functional areas). Create and maintain comprehensive processes to obtain necessary documents from all functional areas/ departments to facilitate the permit application. Work closely with key partners and service providers to monitor and ensure VAPPs activities are being executed in alignment with the contractual requirements. Develop FWWC2027 VAPP Guide(s), policies and related procedures. Work closely with the relevant local authorities and FWWC2027 Security Department in the implementation of the Vehicle Permit Checkpoints (e.g. at vehicle screening areas). Prepare and submit forms/ applications and letters to various departments/ functional areas having jurisdiction over required permits and/or approvals. YOUR PROFILE Qualifications:Education – bachelor’s degree in Transport/Logistics/ Engineering/Project management/Event Management or a combination of education and experience relating to position. Master’s Degree is an additional asset. Experience: Experience managing service providers, including procurement support, contract administration, supplier performance management and service level monitoring. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging with public authorities, venue operators, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Experience managing operational databases, permit or accreditation systems, or other information management platforms is highly desirable.
